MAGNESIUM IS NUTRITION FOR:

MAGNESIUM DESCRIPTION:

Magnesium is necessary for the proper utilisation of minerals in the body. Over 300 enzymes require this mineral's presence and certain proteins need it for proper synthesis. Without it the nervous system may suffer.

It helps relax the muscles, and therefore may help in cramping situations. Best taken with calcium for this purpose. Calcium is always best taken with magnesium and Vit D. Over sixty percent of magnesium is found in the bones, and the rest is found mainly in the soft tissues and blood. Calcium is also found in the bones in the highest amount.

Magnesium may also help with energy production and support elimination and nutritional value throughout the tissues. Magnesium is the central atom in the chlorophyll molecule, and in physiology it activates the ATP energy system. ATP (Adenosine-5'-triphosphate) is often called the "molecular unit of currency of intracellular energy transfer".

This important mineral is also necessary for the metabolism of vitamin c, phosphorus, potassium and sodium.

MAGNESIUM CONTAINS:

Per tablet:

Calcium -di-calcium phosphate. 40 mg.

Phosphorus-di-calcium phosphate. 30 mg.

Magnesium-amino acid chelate, magnesium oxide, magnesium stearate. 250 mg.

Other ingredients: Kelp plant, licorice root, peppermint leaves, and white willow bark.

Cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid (vegetable), magnesium silicate.
